About Mrs. Neff
My name is Jennifer (Parker) Neff. I was born and raised on a dairy farm just north of Hecker. From a young age, my parents instilled the importance of faith, family, and hard work. I am truly blessed to have such compassionate parents , 3 supportive siblings, and wonderful in-laws.
I am a graduate of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School and Gibault Catholic High School. I graduated with honors with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Southern Illinois University- Edwardsville.
My husband, Jeremy, is a chemist at Permobil and a farmer. We have a three-year-old daughter, Riley. She will be starting her first year at ICS this year in preschool. We also welcomed a second daughter, Emery, this past May. Our family of four enjoys spending time together outside.
Having experienced the joys of a Catholic education growing up, I knew this was my calling. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such an outstanding school, and to be able to teach, challenge, and share my faith with each and every student. This will be my seventh year in first grade after having taught one year in fourth grade. I couldn't be any happier to be where I am! I am looking forward to a fun and exciting year in first grade! God is good all the time! All the time, God is good!
